Frequently asked questions about my cloud computing content marketing services

If you still have questions, I’m here to help. Here’s some more information on my cloud management content services.

FAQs about how I will work with you to create cloud hosting content

Discover how I collaborate with you to create beautiful writing, the methods that I use, and the policies I like to have in place.

+ How much input do you need to create cloud computing content?

Clients give me briefs in all sorts of different ways. Some may only provide a keyword or two and a couple of sentences. Others like to provide very extensive instructions, so it really depends on your needs. I do have a standard briefing document that you can fill out so I have the information I need.

+ What can I expect when I hire you as my professional writer?

I’ve already covered the content side of how I do work, but you’re not just hiring me to put words on paper. Freelance writing is my business and career, and that means professionalism in everything I do. That includes keeping you informed, respecting our agreements, understanding your needs, honoring my pricing, being friendly and courteous, adapting to changing circumstances, and ultimately making your life easier.

+ Do you offer guidelines on how your cloud management writing services work?

Yes. You can find a breakdown of how I approach content writing on my best practice page.

+ Do you provide a writing contract?

Yes, I have a standard freelance writing contract that sets out the agreement between us and defines what we can expect from each other. Once we’ve agreed to work together, I will send the contract to you for digital signing.

+ Will you create freelance writing proposals, statements of work, or outlines?

I only generally provide proposals, statements of work, or outlines for longer, more complex pieces like white papers or ebooks. If you need supporting documentation for other types or formats of work, please let me know.

+ How quickly do you return cloud hosting content?

I’ll let you know my turnaround time in our contract. I always aim to get work back to you as quickly as possible, depending on the length and complexity of the work, while ensuring I deliver high-quality content.

+ What if I am not happy with the cloud computing content?

I’m pleased to say that in all my years of freelance writing, I’ve never had a major issue with client expectations and the work I produce. Even if the article doesn’t completely meet your needs, I provide reasonable revisions as part of my price.

FAQs about my approach to creating cloud hosting content

Understand how I work, including my tone and style, research process, and expertise.

+ Do you only provide cloud management SEO content writing services for B2B content?

Yes, I only specialize in business-to-business (B2B) content marketing, writing for an audience of business stakeholders, executives, managers, and decision-makers. I don’t write business-to-consumer (B2C) content.

+ What writing style do you use for your cloud hosting content writing services?

I tend to use an “Expert Friend” article writing style—making the writing easy to understand and sharing your business expertise in a straightforward and helpful way. I use an active-voice, second-person approach to create a connection with the customer and convey immediacy in the content.

+ Will you complete research to write strong hosting content?

Yes. I will read and research online content so that I understand the topic you need me to write about. I will base my cloud management writing on that research, and combine it with your brief to create high-quality content. If anything isn’t exactly to your needs, I will complete reasonable revisions to get it right.

+ Will the cloud computing you write be completely original and unique?

Yes. I write everything from scratch and produce original content every time. I never plagiarize existing content from myself or others, or recopy content from previous articles. If we’re building up an ongoing resource, I may use brief excerpts of previous content I have written for you for context.

+ Do you have specific expertise in writing cloud management content?

Yes. I have experience in a number of business, finance, and technology areas. Learn more on my expertise page.

+ How do your SEO writing services create trust and connection with a reader?

I use a variety of writing techniques, including: Understanding their needs, getting to the point quickly, using clear and friendly language, breaking up content to make it easy to read, sharing ideas and solutions, doing the necessary research, and writing with expertise.

+ Can I see examples of your professional content writing services?

Of course. Here’s my portfolio which contains published examples of my writing across multiple content types and specialist areas.

FAQs about my payments and pricing for cloud computing content writing services

Learn about how I charge for work and what you can expect from my invoicing and payments.

+ Do you guarantee your cloud content writing prices?

Yes. You can find my latest prices on this page or on my dedicated pricing page. The prices are based on the complexity and length of the work and are true for the vast majority of cloud content that I write. In some unusual cases, the price may increase, but I will let you know ahead of time.

I never inflate word count, and if I go over the agreed word count of my own accord (i.e. without instructions from you), I never charge more.

+ What are your payment terms?

The first couple of times that we work together, I will ask for payment before starting work. Once we have an established relationship, I invoice at the end of the month for any work completed in that month. I use standard 30-day payment terms and you can pay by credit or debit card, check (in the US), or direct bank transfer.
